Why we r diffrent

Understanding Why We're Different Respect for Your Teeth We believe that people should keep their own healthy teeth for their entire lifetime. And we're convinced that disease prevention is far more enjoyable, less costly, and more comfortable than disease treatment, for all concerned. That's why we subscribe to a program of preventive dental care, with the goal of helping you obtain and maintain a healthy mouth as quickly as possible.

Respect for Your Time We realize that nobody likes to wait, and nobody likes to waste time. So we take care to set up an appointment schedule that we can keep in a timely manner. And we also make sure that we work efficiently during your appointment, so that you're not left sitting and twiddling your thumbs while we deal with someone else. To make an appointment during office hours call (972) 394-1492 or request an appointment from this web page.

Respect for Your Budget We're sensitive to your feelings about finances. That's why we structure our fees without fluff—they reflect actual time, materials and laboratory work required for treatment. And of course, we provide you with a complete estimate before we begin. Plus, we're skilled in working with insurance companies and are happy to help you work with yours to ensure that you receive the maximum possible coverage for your particular treatments.

Respect for Your Comfort There's no getting around the fact that many people are anxious about dental appointments. We understand how important it is for you to be comfortable each time you visit our office, whether you're here for a quick check-up or a more lengthy procedure. So we offer a variety of ways to relax, providing personal headphones, C.D. players, and T.V. screens in each treatment room. For more complex treatments, we offer nitrous oxide and IV sedation, if needed. Just make us aware of your concerns and ask us for details.

Respect For Your Safety Most people today are not only aware of, but also a bit intimidated by the need for excellent sterilization procedures. That's why we've established a state of the art sterilization program to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. This includes the heat sterilization of dental drills between patients and the broad use of disposable products and cross-contamination barriers. So don't hesitate to ask—we'll be glad to explain our detailed safety procedures prior to your visit so that you'll be entirely at ease with how we handle ourselves.

Respect for Emergencies Last, but not least, we're well aware that dental emergencies require respect and immediate attention. That's why we promise to do what we can to handle your dental emergencies promptly—on the same day that you call the office, if at all possible.
